You Don't Have To Spend A Fortune On Entertainment

Welcome to my blog. My name is John Maxwell. During the great recession, a lot of my friends found themselves struggling to pay the bills. The idea of spending money on entertainment became unthinkable. But there was a serious consequence to this. My friends saw less of each other. As a result, I went journey to find the most inexpensive or free ways of entertaining friends while still having a great time. Even though the great recession has long since passed, I believe that much of what I learned can still be useful. You can never save enough money on entertainment.

Birthday Party Ideas For A Child Who Loves Dinosaurs

Many children go through stages in which they're extremely interested in dinosaurs. Your child may watch dinosaur movies, play with dinosaur toys, and even wear clothing that depicts these creatures. If your child will soon be having a birthday, you'll want to talk with them about choosing a theme for the party. There's a good chance that they'll want a dinosaur theme, which may compel you to buy paper plates, napkins, and decorations that depict dinosaurs. You should also give some thought to what dinosaur-related attractions could be a good fit for the party. Here are three ideas.

Natural History Museum

If you live in an area that has a lot of museums, visit the website of any local museum that focuses on natural history. These museums often have large dinosaur displays, including skeletons of actual dinosaurs. Any child who loves dinosaurs will unquestionably be interested to see real skeletons. If your child is interested in dinosaurs, it's likely that some of their friends are, too. The kids will love checking out the dinosaur display at the museum, and you can also allow time to browse the other parts of this attraction — including the interactive, child-friendly displays.

Dinosaur Park

Some areas have dinosaur parks, which are large, outdoor spaces that are filled with realistic-looking dinosaur statues. Some of these parks are designed to drive through, while others allow guests to walk among the dinosaurs. If your child hasn't been to such a location, this can be a fun surprise for the party. The kids will love checking out the various dinosaur statues and taking pictures with them. You may wish to pack a picnic and hang out in the park for a few hours. This is a good venue for high-energy kids, as they'll have lots of room to run around.

Dinosaur Suit

Many costume and event rental companies have inflatable dinosaur suits for rent. Alternatively, you might wish to think about buying one of these suits online. If you're planning to have at least some of the party take place at your home, you can surprise the kids by wearing the suit and walking into the backyard when everyone is outside. There's little question that this suit will add a high level of excitement to the party. If child-sized suits are available for rent, you may even think about renting one that the kids can take turns trying on.

Consider these ideas for your child's birthday party.
